Private Ranch Rodeo - After a day of learning ranch activities such as roping, branding, shooting, cattle penning and bronc riding, guests can watch as their pro cowboy instructors compete against each other for prize money.

For groups of up to 250 an authentic ranch rodeo takes place in the covered arena with competing cowboys from area ranches. The rodeo events feature a grand entry parade carrying company flags if provided, saddle bronc riding with company logos displayed on the bucking chutes, ladies barrel racing, light yearling roping and branding and Longhorn big steer roping and doctoring.

Chuckwagon Dinners - With a historic restored chuckwagon as a backdrop, guests enjoy outdoor campfire dinners or fine dining in the horse stalls in the barn. Meal choices range from steaks cooked over a wood fire, barbeque with a variety of locally grown meats or authentic Mexican cuisine, complete with all the trimmings and homemade pies.

Western Dance - Country western dancing in the barn alley is a great way to end the evening with live music provided by the Usual Suspects of Bellville. Dancing instructors are available to teach the two step, country waltzes, polkas and line dancing. Lone Star is the Texas beer of choice at the ranch but brews from all over the world are available for the groups selection. Mixed drinks and wine are also available.
